Евразийские клинические рекомендации по питанию при сердечно-сосудистых заболеваниях (2024)

Аннотация
В рекомендациях изложены современные представления о здоровом питании, основных принципах диетического лечебного и профилактического питания пациентов с различными сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Представлены наиболее значимые особенности пищевого статуса, обоснованы подходы к немедикаментозному лечению, диетотерапии, с учетом патогенетических основ заболевания. В работе суммированы современные представления и рекомендации по питанию пациентов с артериальной гипертензией, ишемической болезнью сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточностью, нарушениями сердечного ритма, дислипидемиями и подагрой. Особое внимание уделено диетотерапии пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой патологией, страдающих ожирением и сахарным диабетом.
