Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрены основные вопросы использования общепринятых в клинической практике неинвазивных методов верификации ишемии миокарда (стандартная проба с физической нагрузкой под контролем ЭКГ, стресс-эхокардиография, однофотонная эмиссионная компьютерная томография и магнитно-резонансная томография в сочетании со стресс-тестами) с целью определения функциональной значимости пограничных стенозов коронарных артерий (50-70% по диаметру просвета).
