ЖЕЛУДОЧКОВЫЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ РИТМА СЕРДЦА ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ И НЕИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ ЭТИОЛОГИИ. ПРАВОМОЧЕН ЛИ ЗНАК РАВЕНСТВА В МЕХАНИЗМАХ АРИТМИИ И ТАКТИКИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ?

В статье затронуты вопросы, касающиеся потоморфологических основ развития нарушений ритма сердца у больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью ишемической и неишемической этиологии, а также представлен краткий обзор исследований по эффективности отдельных групп антиаритмических препаратов, в том числе аллапинина, и имплантрируемых устройств. Авторы заключают, что взгляды, касающиеся антиаритмической терапии не универсальны для больных ХСН ишемической и неишемической этиологии, при этом наиболее эффективными в плане улучшения прогноза больных остаются имплантируемые устройства.
