Применение фиксированной комбинации амлодипин/индапамид/периндоприл как возможный инструмент для повышения приверженности лечению у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией

Высокая приверженность лечению является необходимым условием для достижения целей при лечении больных артериальной гипертензией (АГ). В настоящем обзоре описаны факторы, влияющие на уровень приверженности, способы ее оценки и методы повышения приверженности лечению пациентов с АГ. Низкий уровень приверженности у большинства пациентов с АГ является в настоящее время большой проблемой в ведении пациентов с АГ, что диктует необходимость принятия дополнительных решений, связанных с недостаточной приверженностью. Назначение фиксированных комбинаций (ФК) антигипертензивных препаратов может рассматриваться как один из основных и важных инструментов повышения приверженности к антигипертензивной терапии. Недавно опубликованные данные демонстрируют, что тройная ФК амлодипин/индапамид/ периндоприл по сравнению со свободными комбинациями тех же компонентов уже через один год терапии способствует повышению приверженности терапии и снижению риска сердечно-сосудистых исходов, а также затрат на лечение пациентов.
