В то же время увеличение числа инвазивных процедур может приводить к росту осложнений, связанных с проводимыми вмешательствами, что в свою очередь требует от специалистов лучевой диагностики понимания основных этапов техники проводимых вмешательств, и, соответственно, механизмов развития возможных осложнений и их локализации.</p><p>   Цель статьи – представить современные данные исследований по использованию возможностей компьютерной и магнитно-резонансной томографии в диагностике осложнений при интервенционном и хирургическом лечении нарушений ритма сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Progress in the treatment of arrhythmias is associated with the development and implementation in clinical medicine of a number of electrophysiological methods that make it possible to determine and localize the formation and conduction of electrical excitation with a high degree of reliability.
