В обзоре приведены ключевые положения из докладов акад. РАН Чазовой И.Е., д.м.н. Мартынюк Т.В., к.м.н. Валиевой З.С., к.м.н. Грамовича В.В. о достижениях в лечении пациентов с ЛАГ, вызовах текущей эпидемиологической ситуации в условиях пандемии COVID-19, которые изменили рутинную клиническую практику. В обзоре изложен современный взгляд на цели терапии легочной артериальной гипертензии, важность регулярной стратификации риска летальности, с учетом данных последних рандомизированных клинических исследований продемонстрирована важность комбинированной специфической терапии, в том числе  включающей применение нового препарата – селективного агониста рецепторов простациклина – селексипага. Отдельное внимание уделено ведению пациентов с легочной гипертензией в текущей эпидемиологической ситуации, отмечена важность регулярной стратификации риска в том числе с использованием устройств для дистанционного мониторинга за состоянием больных с целью осуществления своевременной эскалации проводимой специфической терапии легочной артериальной гипертензии, достижения низкого риска летальности и улучшения прогноза у этой категории пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Symposium dedicated to pulmonary arterial hypertension took place at the 9th Russian Congress on Pulmonary hypertension on December 14, 2021. In this review key points from Chazova I.E., Martynyuk T.V., Valieva Z.S., Gramovich V.V.`s reports are presented, in which information about PAH treatment goals achievement, COVID-19 pandemic challenges impact on routine clinical practice is demonstrated.
