Изучение и анализ нарушений сердечного ритма, вариабельности сердечного ритма у пациентов с ише-мической болезнью сердца (ИБС), синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) и первичным храпом. Материал и методы. В исследование было включено 65 пациентов в возрасте от 40 до 68 лет с ишемической болезнью сердца, синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна и первичным храпом. Результаты. Наличие синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна и первичного храпа приводит к повышению как симпатических, так и парасимпатических влияний вегетативной нервной системы на синусовый узел. Наибольшее повышение влияний симпатических и парасимпатических влияний вегетативной нервной системы на синусовый узел (повышение показателей SDRR, RMSSD) отмечено у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна. Заключение. Полученные данные указывают на наличие нарушений симпатовагусного обеспечения сердечного ритма и склонность к нарушениям сердечного ритма у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна, а также у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца и первичным храпом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim. The study and analysis of cardiac arrhythmias, heart rhythm variability in patients with ischemic heart disease, obstructive sleep apnea and primary snoring. Material and methods. 65 patients aged 40-68 with ischemic heart disease, obstructive sleep apnea and primary snoring have been included in research. Results.
