Пациентке с верифицированным при катетеризации правых отделов сердца диагнозом «идиопатическая лёгочная гипертензия», отрицательной фармакологической пробой, III функциональным классом по ВОЗ к стандартной терапии (антикоагулянты, диуретики) был добавлен препарат из группы ингибитора фосфодиэстеразы типа 5 силденафил. На фоне 12-месячного лечения отмечается существенное улучшение функционального статуса и положительная динамика показателей лабораторно-инструментальных методов исследования.

The patient with the verified diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, negative acute vasoreactivity testing by RHC, functional class III (WHO) was treated by phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor sildenafil. After one year there was achieved the significant improvement of the functional and hemodynamic status.
