Обзор посвящён проблеме лёгочной артериальной гипертензии, ассоциированной с системной склеродермией. Представлены данные по распространенности, генетическим аспектам, особенностям клинической картины и диагностических алгоритмов, используемых для ранней диагностики этого тяжелого проявления системной склеродермии.

The review is devoted to a problem of the pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with a systemic sclerosis. Data on prevalence, genetic aspects, clinical features and the diagnostic algorithms used for early diagnostics of this fatal manifestation of a system sclerosis are submitted.
