Выявление полиморфизмов генов, ответственных за метаболизм и транспорт статинов в печени -CYP3A5, CYP2C9 SLCO1B1, BCRP позволяет дифференцировано подойти к их назначению, выбирая статин, для которого прогнозируется максимальный гиполипидемический эффект для данного пациента. Это позволит не только повысить эффективность статинов, но и избежать серьёзных побочных эффектов, в первую очередь статин-индуцированной миопатии и токсического гепатита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review examines the possibility of personalized pharmacotherapy with statins, based on the genotype of the individual patient. Identification of polymorphism of genes, responsible for the metabolism of the liver CYP3A5, CYP2C9 and transport of statins into the liver SLCO1B1, BCRP allows differentiated approach to their appointment and choice.
