Целью данного исследования является изучение особенностей поражения коронарных сосудов у больных ревматоидным артритом (РА) с помощью КТ-ангиографии. Материал и методы. Были ретроспективно проанализированы результаты КТ-ангиографических исследований 60 пациентов с поражением коронарных сосудов различной степени. У 27 из них в анамнезе был РА. В контрольную группу были включены 33 пациента, у которых отсутствовали анамнестические и клинические признаки ревматических заболеваний. Степень кальцификации коронарных артерий была рассчитана по описанию Агатстона. Обработка результатов исследования выполнялась с использованием статистических пакетов Excel и Statistica 6.0. Результаты. Исследование выявило, что коронарный кальциноз у больных контрольной группы в среднем составил 289, а у больных РА - 305 HU (р<0,05). Помимо этого, была выявлена зависимость показателя Агатстона от возраста пациента, стажа курения и сахарного диабета в анамнезе. Выводы: Таким образом, средний показатель коронарного кальциноза оказался выше у больных с РА по сравнению с контрольной группой. Выявлена прямая корреляционная связь между значениями индекса калицификации и активностью РА, а также таких факторов риска как возраст, курение и сахарный диабет.

Purpose of this study was examination of the features of coronary vessels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using CT angiography. Materials and Methods: results of CT angiographic studies of 60 patients with varying degrees of coronary vessels pathology were retrospectively analyzed. 27 of them had a history of RA. The control group included 33 patients who had no medical history and clinical symptoms of rheumatic disease. The degree of calcification of the coronary arteries was calculated according to the Agatston degree. Processing of the results was carried out on Excel and Statistica 6.0. Results: The study found that coronary calcification in the control group patients averaged 289, and in patients with RA 305 HU (p <0.05). In addition, the dependence of the Agatston degree, patient's age, smoking and diabetes history was revealed. Conclusions: comparing to the control group coronary calcification was higher in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. A direct correlation between the value of the calcification index and RA activity, as well as risk factors such as age, smoking, and diabetes was revealed.
