В группах больных с наджелудочковыми и желудочковыми нарушениями ритма выявлено уменьшение временных показателей вариабельности сердечного ритма, увеличение симпатического тонуса и симпатовагального баланса. Данные изменения особенно выражены у больных с мерцательной аритмией. Также выявлено, что дисперсия интервала Q-Т среди пациентов с желудочковыми аритмиями была более высокой в сравнении с другими группами, хотя максимальные значения корригированного интервала Q-Т и наибольшая его дисперсия отмечалась у пациентов с сочетанными нарушениями сердечного ритма, т.е. при наличии как желудочковых, так и наджелудочковых аритмий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One hundred and eighty three male patients aged from 35 to 55 years were examined to study the heart rate variability and the QT dispersion at the metabolic syndrome complicated with cardiac arrhythmias. The diminution of the temporal pattern of heart rate variability, increase of the both sympathetic tone and sympathetic-vagal ratio were revealed in patients with supraventricular and ventricular rhythm disturbances. These changes were especially characteristic for patients with atrial fibrillation.
