Сравнение результатов коррекции аортального стеноза в группах открытой хирургии и транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана (TI/ІАК) у пациентов низкого хирургического риска.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включались пациенты с выраженным аортальным стенозом (АС), требующим хирургической коррекции. В исследуемую группу вошли пациенты после транскатетерной имплантации аортального клапана (ТИАК) (n=11). В качестве контрольной группы взяты пациенты, которым выполнялось хирургическое протезирование аортального клапана (АК) (n=23). В группе ТИАК имплантировались нерепозиционируемые (CoreValve, Medtronic) и репозиционируемые (Lotus, Boston Scientific) клапаны. В группе пациентов хирургического лечения применялся биологический протез ЮниЛайн (Кемкор). Эффективность и безопасность проведенных вмешательств оценивалась на госпитальном и годовом этапе наблюдения по совокупности крупных неблагоприятных событий.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p> Результаты. Средний возраст пациентов составил 66,9 ± 5,7 лет в группе открытой хирургии и 75,3 ± 4,1 лет в группе ТИАК (р=0,003). Средний балл по EuroScore2 составил 3,49 ± 0,3 в группе открытой хирургии и 3,93 ± 1,2 в группе ТИАК (р=0,31). Репозиционируемые и нерепозиционируемые клапаны были имплантированы у 2 и 9 пациентов соответственно. Комбинированная конечная точка отмечена у одного пациента в группе ТИАК и у четырех пациентов в группе открытой хирургии по годовым результатам наблюдения. Отмечается три летальных исхода (13%) в группе хирургического протезирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Продемонстрирована возможность применения ТИАК у пациентов со стенозом АК низкого риска на основании сопоставимых результатов оценки эффективности и безопасности с открытым хирургическим протезированием АК при годовом периоде наблюдения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The aim of this study is to compare hospital and long-term outcomes in patients with low surgical risk after aortic stenosis correction in surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) and transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Patients with aortic stenosis (AS) were included in the study. The main criterion for inclusion - the presence of indications for surgical correction of an isolated aortic valve defect. The first group included patients after TAVI (n = 11). As a control group, patients who underwent surgical correction aortic stenosis (n = 23). The TAVI group used non-repositories CoreValve (Medtronic) and repositioned Lotus (Boston Scientific) valves. Biological prosthesis Uniline (KemKor) was used in the group of surgical patients. The efficacy of the interventions was evaluated at the hospital and annual follow-up, based on the analysis of the combined endpoint, and major adverse cardiovascular events.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The mean age of the patients was 66.9±5.7 years in the SAVR group and 75.3±4.1 years in the TAVI group (р=0,003). The average score for EuroSCORE II was 3.49±0.3 in the SAVR group and 3.93±1.2 in the TAVI group (р=0,31). Repositionable and non-repositionable valves were implanted in 2 and 9 cases, respectively. The combined endpoint was noted in one patient in the TAVI group and in four patients in the SAVR group according to the annual observation results. There are three (13%) fatal outcomes in the surgical prosthesis group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
